Duties and Responsibilities
They should have several years of management experience
Establish objectives for the restaurants and formulate policies and programs;
Direct the management of the chain restaurants and company
Allocate supplies, human and financial resources to implement corporate policies and programs in the chain restaurants;
Formulate and approve promotional campaigns;
Approve overall personnel planning, and represent the company in negotiations or other official functions;
Select senior staff, delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimal working conditions;
Oversee sales and productivity targets, and operational standards for the company; and
Track the performance and effectiveness of the company to remain competitive in the restaurant industry.
Educational and Training Requirements
Degree or several years of management experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a general manager of a company
Language Requirements
Proficiency in English is required.

Overtime starts after 44 hours per week
