General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

They should have several years of management experience

Establish objectives for the restaurants and formulate policies and programs; Direct the management of the chain restaurants and company Allocate supplies, human and financial resources to implement corporate policies and programs in the chain restaurants; Formulate and approve promotional campaigns; Approve overall personnel planning, and represent the company in negotiations or other official functions; Select senior staff, delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimal working conditions; Oversee sales and productivity targets, and operational standards for the company; and Track the performance and effectiveness of the company to remain competitive in the restaurant industry.

Educational and Training Requirements

Degree or several years of management experience Minimum of 5 years of experience as a general manager of a company

Language Requirements

Proficiency in English is required.

Starting salary: $54.00 per hour and min 30 hours per week Overtime starts after 44 hours per week Potential raises based on performance reviews. Eligibility for bonuses based on restaurant performance. Benefits package includes paid time off and employee discounts.
