We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in the food service industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our establishment runs smoothly while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a hands-on approach to team management, operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards in food handling and service.

Responsibilities

Establish objectives for the restaurants and formulate policies and programs Direct the management of the chain restaurants and companyo Allocate supplies, human and financial resources to implement corporate policies and programs in the chain restaurants Formulate and approve promotional campaigns Approve overall personnel planning, and represent the company in negotiations or other official functions Select senior staff, delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimal working conditions Oversee sales and productivity targets, and operational standards for the company Track the performance and effectiveness of the company to remain competitive in the restaurant industry.

Skills

Proven experience in the food industry or hospitality management. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Proficient in cash handling practices and financial reporting. Knowledge of food service operations, including kitchen management and food handling regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems is preferred. A background as a cook or in kitchen operations is advantageous.

Pay: $60.90-$73.78 per hour
