General Manager - Price Landscaping Services

What You'll Do

People & Culture

Build and support a high-performing team through effective recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and retention. Foster a positive, collaborative culture where employees feel supported, valued, and accountable.

Financial & Business Performance

Drive sales growth while managing production hours, reducing COGS, and maintaining healthy margins. Ensure payables, financial partnerships, and cost controls are managed responsibly.

Operations

Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and production metrics to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure service quality remains consistent.

Leadership & Strategy

Partner with the owner on strategy, planning, and business priorities. Lead management meetings and mentor supervisors to strengthen leadership at all levels. Represent the company at industry events, strengthen client relationships, and support business development efforts.
