Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Providing leadership and development for the team Recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires Maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees Promoting and upholding JRG culture and service standards Managing day to day operations of the restaurant and ensuring financial, payroll and other administrative duties are completed Controlling operational costs and identifying areas of improvement to improve profitability

Hours and shifts may vary Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

REQUIREMENTS

Serving It Right Certification 2+ years' experience in hospitality management including overseeing a dining operation, building relationships with guests, and balancing seating capacity Flexible availability, able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
