Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager, who will lead a team towards success.
The Ideal Candidate
Organized, detailed oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service driven hospitality professionals. Strong sales background and established networking skills. Proven ability to drive Guest service scores. Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results. Able to deliver outstanding financial results. Extensive experience in select service hotel operations. Prior GM experience. Rooms Division and F&B experience preferred. Profits word a plus.
As a General Manager, you will be instrumental in hiring, motivating and rewarding a winning management team supporting our company's mission statement and embracing our cornerstones.
