About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead one of our busiest locations. This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader to make a significant impact in an upbeat and lively setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations for a busy restaurant, bar, and nightclub. Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, manage costs, and meet financial goals. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations. Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create engaging programming that aligns with the venue's identity. Maintain high standards for customer service, product quality, and venue cleanliness.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years of Manager experience in the restaurant, bar, or nightclub industry. Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including financials, inventory, and staffing. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A true team player who thrives on collaboration and bringing out the best in others. Passion for music, sports, entertainment, arts, and culture.
