General Manager

Our general managers bring the core value of Waves to life by leading and building a team of talents, managing day-to-day operations, and driving financial success. They oversee staff on shift performance, customers relations, and problem resolution. Being our brand ambassador while leveraging their business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving skills to take ownership of this business.

Requirements & Competencies:

3 years of Cafe / Restaurant service management experience Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills PnL & budgeting knowledge with track records. Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity Minimum High School or GED Preferred College/University degree in Management/Business related field

Qualifications and Physical Demands/Working Conditions

(In compliance with the store's Health and Safety Policies and Procedures):

MUST hold valid FoodSafe Level 1 or above certificate

MUST hold valid Standard First Aid or above certificate

Great Customer Service skills are a must.

Lifting and/or carrying of merchandise items, as required, on a regular, frequent, and unassisted basis. Merchandise items may vary in weight from "light" to "heavy".

Full-time hours: 40 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $49,000-$56,000 annually (based on related experience)
