We are seeking an experienced and driven individual for a General Manager and Assistant General Manager positions. The successful candidates will be passionate about providing a fanatical guest experience, with excellent bar, food and hospitality service skills and an equally high degree of attention to detail. The candidate will have a strong understanding and experience of Liquor, Wine, and Beer inventory processes.

Responsibilities:



Manage daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures

Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising bar staff

Develop and implement strategies to increase bar revenue and profitability

Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Oversee the preparation of food items and ensure adherence to food safety standards

Monitor and enforce compliance with all health and safety regulations

Create and update drink menus based on customer preferences and trends

Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service

Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback

Skills:

Proficiency in POS systems for order processing and inventory management

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations

Excellent team management abilities to motivate and inspire staff

In-depth knowledge of the food industry, including current trends and best practices

Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role

Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations

Knowledge of kitchen operations to coordinate with kitchen staff

Bartending and serving skills to ensure quality drink preparation

Qualifications



3+ years of similar experience in fast paced upscale cocktail bar or restaurant role

Service focused personality is essential and previous Food & Beverage leadership is required. Will be serving or bartending when required

Extensive Front of House knowledge including financial, inventory and event planning.

Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Google, and Internet based programs; proficiency using Micros will be considered an asset

Must have flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including days, nights and weekends. This is NOT a 9:00am to 5:00pm position

Proven ability to build and maintain guest connections with all staff, vendors and guests.

Results oriented, positive outlook, and ability to drive projects forward until completion

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
