Job Description



We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and hands-on

General Manager

to lead the day-to-day operations of our luxury boutique fitness facility. This is more than a management role--it's a partnership. You'll work

side by side with the founder

, operating as a true extension of the brand and helping to elevate every aspect of the business with vision, energy, and precision.

With full operational confidence and the autonomy to make impactful decisions, you'll help drive our brand forward--leading with presence on the floor and inspiring your team, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the elevated experience we promise our members. Staff cohesiveness and management will be key towards the business goals of The Vault.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture



Operate as the founder's right hand--

collaborating directly to shape the brand's success

while independently managing all day-to-day operations. Lead from the front with a

visible, hands-on presence

; motivate and coach staff with a standard of excellence, accountability, and luxury-level service. Oversee all departments (front desk, sales, group fitness, personal training, recovery) with clarity, structure, and heart. Set the tone for a positive, high-performance culture where the team thrives and members feel inspired, welcomed, and connected.

Operations & Facility Excellence



Own the

daily operations

of the facility with confidence, ensuring systems, schedules, vendors, and member experiences run smoothly. Maintain a

pristine, visually elevated space

--from equipment and cleanliness to locker rooms, recovery zones, and ambiance. Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively, taking pride in all details of the member journey.

Sales & Member Experience



Champion a

high-touch member experience

, rooted in personalized service, community, and retention. Drive and exceed membership and revenue targets by coaching sales staff and leading with clarity. Manage VIP and key member relationships with discretion and excellence. Be present, approachable, and responsive--resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Brand, Marketing & Community Engagement



Partner with the founder on in-house campaigns, community events, collaborations, and brand positioning. Activate and nurture local partnerships and outreach opportunities that align with the gym's luxury identity and community values. Ensure every experience, interaction, and environment is

on-brand and on-vibe

Finance & Performance Management



Oversee budgeting, payroll, expense control, and financial reporting with a strategic and detail-oriented approach. Analyze KPIs weekly to drive team performance, member engagement, and operational efficiency. Provide the founder with thoughtful insights, feedback, and plans for continued growth.

Qualifications



1-3+ years in general or operations management preferably within a gym Proven ability to lead from the front, with a strong

hands-on leadership style

and operational confidence. Experience in sales performance, customer service, team development, and facility management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with staff management A high level of professionalism, with a deep understanding of what luxury service feels like. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and events, with a founder-level mentality.
