Bonjour! We're Bonjour Bagel Paris -- a new fast-casual concept serving up French-inspired bagel sandwiches, crafted with fresh, premium, 100% halal ingredients and a whole lot of je ne sais quoi.
We're looking for a passionate, driven, and hands-on General Manager to lead our first Canadian location at West Edmonton Mall.
Your Mission:
As the General Manager, you'll be the face and heartbeat of the brand -- overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a small team, delivering a top-tier customer experience, and making sure every bagel is served with a smile (and maybe a French accent).
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, schedule, and lead a team of 4-6 staff Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and consistency in every order Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Manage inventory, ordering, and daily cash reports Deliver outstanding customer service and build local brand loyalty Uphold Bonjour Bagel Paris brand standards, hygiene, and presentation Work closely with ownership on goals, promotions, and growth strategies
You Bring:
Previous experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor (fast-casual preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills A hands-on attitude and willingness to be on the floor Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Passion for quality food, great service, and a fun customer experience Bonus: You like French food, accents, and a good croissant pun.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $46,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
