to oversee the operations of our multiple fast-food and full-service restaurants at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport, including
YUL Pizza, Ubar, Carlos & Pepe's, Allo Mon Coco, and Java U.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage weekly staff schedules
Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
Conduct regular operational and performance check-ins
Coordinate and oversee employee training programs
Be available on-call during morning shifts to address urgent matters
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are consistently maintained
Guarantee that all employees receive proper training and follow established procedures
Support staff during peak business hours to maintain service standards
Monitor and manage inventory to ensure proper stock levels
Qualifications:
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work early morning shifts consistently
Hands-on approach and willingness to support staff when needed
Familiarity with both fast-food and full-service restaurant operations is an asset

Responsabilites principales :
Elaborer et gerer les horaires de travail hebdomadaires du personnel
Diriger le recrutement, les entrevues et les embauches
Effectuer des suivis reguliers sur les operations et la performance
Coordonner et superviser les programmes de formation des employes
Etre disponible sur appel durant les quarts du matin pour toute situation urgente
Veiller au maintien des normes de proprete, d'organisation et de securite
S'assurer que tous les employes recoivent une formation adequate et respectent les procedures etablies
Soutenir le personnel lors des periodes de forte affluence afin d'assurer un service de qualite
Surveiller et gerer les inventaires afin de maintenir un niveau de stock adequat
Qualifications :
Experience confirmee en gestion de restaurant ou dans l'industrie de l'hotellerie/restauration
Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, organisation et communication
Capacite a travailler de facon constante tot le matin
Approche proactive et volonte de soutenir l'equipe au besoin
Familiarite avec la gestion de restaurants de type restauration rapide et service complet (un atout)
