We are launching a high-trust, tech-forward
Private Elite Force
protection service. We need a seasoned operator to stand up day-one operations,
and be a visible partner in community relations
--building trust with the Toronto Police, Community Leaders, BIA, and Institutions.
Must-have background (non-negotiable):
Policing, Military, or Executive Management level Security experience is a must
What you'll lead
7 Days a week Operations:
Build the shift plan, supervise patrol routes, manage dispatch (CAD), body-cam/dash-cam workflows, and incident reporting.
Service Level Agreement Ownership:
Define, track, and hit targets (response time, patrol compliance, answer time, report turnaround).
People & Training:
Hire ex police, ex military, ex armored guards, schedule, and coach Patrol Supervisors, Officers, and Dispatchers; ensure PSISA licensing and recurrent training are 100%.
Client Delivery:
Run site security walk-throughs, post orders, escalations; and turn pilots into long-term agreements.
Safety & Compliance:
Health & Safety, evidence handling, privacy, and vehicle policy.
Cost Control:
Rapid Route efficiency, overtime, gear readiness; partner with Finance on margin targets.
Playbooks:
Stand up the daily brief, incident command, QA audits, and after-action reviews.
Community Relations:
Co-host safety talks, demos, and town halls with our Community Relations & BD Manager.
Meet with community stakeholders; translate concerns into Service Level Agreements and post orders.
Act as the
face of operations
for pilots and launches; provide clear updates and de-escalate issues professionally.
You'll be successful if you've done
5-10+ years in
policing or special military operations
with leadership responsibility, plus 3-5 years managing field teams.
Led calmly under pressure; strong judgment, de-escalation, and public-facing communication skills.
Comfortable with metrics (dashboards/KPIs)
