In this position, you will have the opportunity to:


Business development in collaboration with the management committee:Initiate and lead the strategic planning exercise and oversee its execution. Define business strategies and objectives to ensure sound management. Establish action plans to support the development, growth, and sustainability of the company. Carry out financial planning for budgets and ensure follow-up

Business developmentMaintain a close relationship with customers and the sales team Ensure the implementation of rigorous procedures and indicators to measure performance Be familiar with key competitors and partners

Team managementLead and motivate the management team to focus on promising projects in order to support growth and profitability Establish and implement ongoing communication mechanisms with the management team and all staff to encourage collaboration and the achievement of objectives Establish and implement a performance evaluation process for the management team and ensure follow-up. Encourage and promote respect, authenticity, and teamwork.

Operations and administration managementDirect and evaluate all of the organization's administrative, financial, human, operational, and informational resources and activities Ensure that each department has effective processes in place to achieve organizational objectives Ensure sound cost management in each sector of the organization

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

Have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of study Have between 10 and 15 years of experience in a manufacturing company combining business unit responsibility, operations management, and business development Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibilities, solve problems quickly, and communicate clearly Demonstrated leadership, ingenuity, and judgment Be disciplined and concerned with quality and accuracy criteria Have an approach focused on motivating team members Have a good knowledge of the business environment Be bilingual, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with our various English-speaking partners
