- Providing leadership to your team of property, operations, and project managers as well as leasing staff.
- Represent the organization in Winnipeg\'s commercial office leasing market
- Building close relationships with key decision-makers in the business and brokerage community
- Capital project management and budgeting, and reporting
- Proactive management of clients, tenants, and service provider relationships
- Other duties as assigned and requiredQualifications
- University degree or post-secondary education - preferably in Business
- Previous business development and commercial leasing experience required (10+ years)
- Ability to establish strong relationships and be an active member of the Winnipeg commercial office market
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, educational and employment verificationSummary
