Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, food handling, and team leadership within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, booking of functions and events, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with regulations.
- Recruit, train, and motivate employees to deliver outstanding performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
