Responsibilities

Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant.
Implement shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels during peak hours and manage labor costs effectively.
Conduct staff training sessions on food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols to enhance team performance.
Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis to meet operational goals.
Coordinate with kitchen management on food production, catering events, banquet services, and special promotions.
Foster a welcoming environment that promotes hospitality excellence and encourages repeat business.
Qualifications
Proven management experience in the food industry, particularly within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management.
Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required.
Strong leadership skills with prior supervising or team management experience; ability to train and develop staff effectively.
Background in hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food cost analysis.
Culinary experience or fine dining background is desirable but not mandatory.
