Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness is seeking a talented, driven individual with energy and enthusiasm for managing and developing a team of professionals.
The General Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of club activity and Operations as designated by Club16LP policies, procedures, and principles. General Managers must have a strong understanding of sales & service excellence.
What You Will Do:
• Assist, supervise, and direct daily training and development of club staff and revenue producing activities
• Reviews daily sales numbers and club statistics in all categories with the Fitness Manager, sales staff, and department heads for the purpose of driving club sales and achieving Club16LP goals
• Participate in daily/weekly and monthly production meetings with the sales staff and department heads to review performance and offer direction, motivation, and guidance toward achieving their personal and TEAM goals.
• Assist in setting monthly, weekly, and daily goals and objectives for all revenue producing areas for Sales Representatives.
• Assist in marketing the club through community outreach programs and local public relation efforts
• Assist in preparing all staff in advance for monthly promotions and monthly wrap up for campaigns
• Assist in training and development of sales and reception staff members.
• Audit the Club16LP sales systems to ensure continuity in the Club16LP sales approach
• Gather data and review weekly with the Fitness Manager and assess results from all sales activities in comparison to Club16LP goals and sales history.
• Share pertinent information with other department heads and sales representatives
• Participate in the daily sales process through selling memberships and additional services
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Handle member concerns and challenges referred by the club staff
• Convey enthusiasm and passion for fitness and proper nutrition. Engage in fitness activity a minimum of 2 times per week

Must haves:
• Knowledge of the local competitors' facilities, services, advertising, marketing, and pricing strategies
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
