General Manager

to lead our team, maintain our boutique culture, and ensure excellence in all aspects of operations.

Key Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you will:

Deliver exceptional

customer service

, ensuring every bride feels valued and cared for. Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Foster a client-first environment

, where every decision and interaction prioritizes the bride's experience. Build and maintain

meaningful relationships

with each client, creating a lasting impression of care and trust. Lead the

hiring, training, and development

of staff, including hosting

weekly team meetings

to align, motivate, and uphold the Blu Ivory standard. Oversee and verify that

administration tasks

are completed accurately. Ensure

special orders

are managed correctly and arrive on time. Drive the team to achieve

monthly and annual sales goals

. Maintain and nurture the

store culture

with staff, ensuring a positive and motivating environment. Oversee

budget management

and monitor expenses. Manage and improve

Google reviews

and overall online reputation. Oversee

inventory management

to keep stock accurate and up to date. Work closely with the owners to

set goals, expectations, and strategies

. Prepare and deliver

reports

during scheduled meetings with the owners.

Qualifications

Previous management experience in retail, hospitality, or bridal/fashion industry preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing budgets. Ability to handle customer issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Suite; familiarity with POS or inventory systems is a plus.

Salary-based
