With Love Bridal Boutique is a full-service luxury bridal shop located in the heart of Kanata, offering a warm, personalized, and unforgettable shopping experience for every bride. Since opening in 2011, we've become known for our welcoming atmosphere and thoughtfully curated selection of designer bridal gowns.

Our talented team of Bridal Stylists work one-on-one with each bride to bring her vision to life and help her find "the one." We believe gown shopping should be joyful, confidence-building, and fun and that starts with the right people on our team.

The Role:

We are looking for an outgoing, personable, and fashion-savvy Bridal Sales Consultant to join our Kanata team full-time basis, though part-time hours would be considered for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is someone who can instantly build rapport with anyone, the kind of person who can make a complete stranger feel like an old friend within minutes. You're warm, genuine, and not afraid to offer a sincere compliment, ask thoughtful questions, and make people feel truly seen and celebrated.

You're polished and professional, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and you bring a contagious energy into every appointment. A passion for fashion and weddings is an asset, we'll provide the bridal training.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming, upbeat, and memorable experience for every bride from the moment she walks in. Build instant, genuine connections to understand each bride's vision and guide her through the gown selection process. Confidently support brides through the full purchase journey with warmth and professionalism. Maintain strong product knowledge of our designers, gowns, and accessories. Contribute to personal and team sales goals through authentic service and relationship-building. Ensure gowns are beautifully cared for and the boutique remains clean and inviting. Collaborate with your team to deliver seamless, joyful experiences.
What We're Looking For:

An outgoing personality with a natural ability to make anyone feel comfortable and special Exceptional communication skills, you can talk to anyone, and more importantly, listen A confident, compliment-forward attitude that makes people feel amazing High school diploma (additional education/certifications are an asset) Comfortable using phones and computers for bookings and follow-ups Fluent in English Physically able to move and carry gowns Dependable, punctual, and motivated Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Fashion or bridal experience is a plus, but not required, we'll train the right personality
