Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader for our manufacturing operation. This pivotal role involves overseeing the factory and developing and executing master plans, ensuring product quality, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with our company's values.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all manufacturing activities to meet goals. Review monthly sales targets ensure plans are being executed on time. Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures. Oversee and work with the preventive equipment maintenance plan. Work with owners on master planning and forecasting Raw materials plan and purchase against forecasts Maintain budgets and cost goals. Optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with owners to develop strategic plans. New products and ability to respond to sales growth. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Foster a positive work environment that values safety and teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing management or operations leadership of this scale. Strong project management skills, detail oriented and managing priorities. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements. Call to action and results driven

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
