Trevalli Homes is currently seeking a hardworking, quality-minded, hands-on Construction Labourer to join our team.

This position plays a key role in supporting our construction operations and upholding the high standards and integrity that Trevalli Homes is known for. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains a clean and safe job site, and is eager to contribute to building homes our customers are proud to live in.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare homes for the next trade as needed, including cleaning, floor protection, etc. Maintain a clean and organized job site, both inside and out, throughout the build. Perform construction duties such as minor framing, taping, mudding, painting and other home building duties. Ensure company best practices and safety standards are consistently put into action. Take initiative and assist where needed across various tasks. Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills Required:

Experience in residential construction or home renovations, is an asset. Strong work ethic and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness and ability to work across multiple job sites in Oxford County & Woodstock. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
