Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with pool maintenance and pool closing visits Fill and securely place water bags to anchor pool covers Assist with the installation of winter safety covers or tarp covers Assist with removal of accessories (ladders, handrails, diving boards) Add appropriate closing chemicals and balance water as needed Assist with blowing out pool plumbing lines Winterize all pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems

Experience

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role. This role is seasonal - must be available to work from hire until Nov. 15th Required to have and wear CSA-approved safety boots.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
