Overview

Ansept Construction is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role plays a crucial part in supporting a wide range of projects and tasks across our operations. As a Laborer, you will perform physical tasks that contribute directly to the success and efficiency of our projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a team, and prioritizes safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the delivery, loading, and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance, site clean-up, and organization of work areas. Safely and effectively operate basic hand tools and power tools. Follow directions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Support skilled tradespeople with various construction or manufacturing activities. Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and protocols. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning when needed.

Experience and Requirements

Must own a minimum 1/2-ton truck and be willing to use it for work purposes. Previous experience in a physically demanding or labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to properly load, unload, and secure materials and equipment in your truck. Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
