Mardis is looking for reliable people to work full time at our Lumber Mill in the manufacturing plant.

Job Requirements

Assist others in work area when required Keep working area free of scrap and maintain workplace safety Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety, as applicable Perform other duties as required Ability to rotate and learn different areas of the production line/multiple lines including a variety of product production Maintain a positive, respectful and open communication with team members Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and consistently changing environment Ability to effectively understand and follow a variety of guidelines and work procedures (including health, safety, hygiene and sanitation) Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting through root cause problem solving Excellent manual dexterity, strong physical endurance, ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to stand, walk for long periods of time

Primarily indoor/outdoor industrial work setting

Overtime may be required. Routinely required to lift heavy items Full benefits after probationary period
