Vent Pro Mechanical is a reputable HVAC and radon mitigation company dedicated to ensuring the safety and comfort of homes and businesses. With a strong commitment to excellence and a focus on customer satisfaction, we are currently seeking a Lead Laborer who is preferably a 2nd or 3rd year sheet metal, HVAC, or plumbing apprentice to join our team. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to fill the role of General Laborer/Apprentice. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the HVAC and radon mitigation industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting technicians with HVAC and radon mitigation installations and repairs. Learning the fundamentals of HVAC systems and radon mitigation techniques. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively and professionally.

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
