Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, contributing to various tasks within the manufacturing and construction environments. This role requires hands-on experience with tools and machinery, as well as the ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain various types of machinery including MIG welding equipment, plasma cutting tools, and press brake machines. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and construction of projects. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers to perform tasks efficiently. Assist in rigging operations for lifting heavy materials using cranes or forklifts while adhering to safety regulations. Collaborate with team members on manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards are met throughout production. Perform basic math calculations for measurements and material requirements during assembly tasks.

Experience

Proven experience in manufacturing or construction environments is preferred. Familiarity with rigging techniques and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable. Skills in welding mig welding , and assembly processes are advantageous. Experience with forklifts, skidsteer, hand tools, and power tools will be beneficial for this role. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is essential. Pay: $15.83-$27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
