Responsibilities:

Provide relief to all positions on the line including Mixer Operator, Bagger Operator and Packers Perform all duties associated with positions being relieved Ensure employees are relieved for breaks and meal periods at appropriate times Assist in product handling during line issues (overflow due to baggers being down) and repacking product as required Maintain clean work area Perform additional tasks as directed

Requirements:

Have previous experience in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!) Possess some degree of mechanical aptitude Able to lift up to 50 lbs Strong numeracy skills Ability to think, troubleshoot and react to situations Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction Ability to work in an efficient but safe manner Strong multi-tasking skills Excellent attendance record Ability to efficiently communicate in English (written and verbal) Be a lover of bread and baked goods! You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are self-reliant, and be energized by opportunities to learn and grow, and be a steward of your own career Have solid mathematical and computer skills
