WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO:


Stage materials before trades arrive Move supplies between floors as needed Set up and maintain organized work areas Keep sites clean and safe Support all trades so they stay productive Learn from watching skilled trades work

YOUR TYPICAL DAY:


7 AM: Coffee with the crew (not separate) Morning: Set up materials for trades Help framers move lumber, help electrician stage boxes Keep walkways clear and safe Lunch break at actual tables Afternoon: Prep tomorrow's work areas 3:30 PM: Help secure site, head home
Here's the thing - our laborers often become trades. Watch the plumber work while helping move fixtures. Learn from the framers while moving lumber. We've had laborers become carpenters, electricians, whatever interests them.
