Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role is vital to supporting various operational activities across our project sites. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, dependable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Duties

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on-site Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and supplies Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials Maintain cleanliness of the work site throughout the shift Operate basic machinery or tools after proper training is provided

Requirements

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks Prior experience in manual labor or construction is advantageous but not mandatory Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings as per company policy
