Overview

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Handywoman to join our team and grow alongside our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial settings.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in any of the following:

Carpentry, installation of doors, trim, etc. Drywall repairs Flooring installation Caulking and Painting General repairs/Maintenance Use of technology/scheduling apps

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as drywall repairs, painting, and carpentry work. Inspect properties for any issues and make recommendations for improvements. Respond promptly to repair requests and provide efficient solutions. Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used. Communicate promptly and respectfully with coworkers and homeowners. Must be able to travel to different job locations throughout a day.

Qualifications

Class G drivers license Must have a smartphone with access to the internet/data Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role. Proficient in a variety of trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
