Position: General Gas Fitter - Level 1Project Type: Industrial / SaskPower / Yellow Head & ErmineProject Location: North Battleford - KerrobertShift: DaysSchedule: 10 Days on 4 Days offHours: 10 Hours per dayAccommodations: LOA: $180.00 Per Day Calendar Day* - To qualify you must be over 100 KM\'s from the job site, you will be required to provide 2 pieces of documentations with proof of address. *Contingent of all scheduled shift days workedGC: GrahamAllied Partner: Woodland Constructors LtdReference Number: 26937Jardeg is recruiting General Gas Fitter - Level 1 for upcoming work at Woodland Constructors Ltd. for SaskPower Yellowhead in North Battleford, Saskatchewan.As a Gas Fitter you will:

• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications to determine layout requirements;
• Measure, cut, and thread pipe using hand and power tools;
• Assist welders with prepping, and aligning concrete lined, Carbon steel and stainless steel pipe joints
• Layout and install supports, valves, piping and control systems;
• Test system for leaks using testing equipment;
• Rig and place pipe spools using hand rigging equipment, zoom boom and crane.
• Involved in working with power tools and heavy equipment.

Requirements:

• CSTS 2020 or SCOT
• Fall Protection (OSSA Preferred)
• General Gas Fitter Level 1 Ticket
• Must be able to clear a pre-access Drug and Alcohol Test
• Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Satisfactory completion of Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
