Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Serve customers as they approach the counter

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products
- Assist customers with choosing the right products
- Upsell additional products to customers when appropriate

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in ICBC Policy Center is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Mandarin and Cantonese speaking abilities is a plus

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
