As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of our farm, ensuring that crops are cultivated and harvested effectively.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain heavy equipment and farm machinery to assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for various farming tasks, including irrigation and maintenance of garden areas.
Perform basic math calculations to measure and mix fertilizers or pesticides as needed.
Assist in irrigating fields to ensure optimal crop growth and health.
Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required, including moving equipment, supplies, and harvested crops.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment to promote safety and efficiency on the farm.
Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery or handling chemicals.
Skills
Proficiency in operating heavy equipment is essential for efficient farm operations.
Basic math skills are necessary for accurate measurements and calculations related to farming tasks.
