We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. This role involves various tasks that support the operations of our agricultural and landscaping projects, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Duties

Operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, including moving materials and equipment. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various maintenance and construction projects. Assist in irrigation tasks, ensuring proper watering of gardens and fields. Conduct basic math calculations for measurements and material quantities. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Experience

Mechanical knowledge is preferred to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Experience in operating heavy equipment is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is beneficial but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects regularly, demonstrating physical stamina and strength.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
