Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks related to maintenance, irrigation, horticulture, and farm machinery. Duties

Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems and horticultural setups Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently Use hand tools and power tools for various maintenance tasks Perform heavy lifting as required for material handling and equipment setup Conduct routine inspections of equipment and infrastructure to ensure proper functioning Support landscaping, planting, and other horticultural activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, farm machinery, and maintenance practices preferred Experience with irrigation systems and horticulture is a plus Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting regularly Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Familiarity with hand tools and general maintenance procedures Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Prior experience in agriculture or landscaping is advantageous but not required

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
