As a farm laborer you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the hen layer barn while reporting to the general manager. Additionally, you will gain experience throughout our retail location as required.


Wage: 17.00 hourly / 30 to 48 hours per week Terms of employment: Seasonal employment, Full time Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning Start date: Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 1 vacancy

Disinfect pens, barns or poultry houses Greenhouse cleaning Mixing fertilizer Monitoring animal health Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops Weeding Fertilize and spray crops Harvest crops Feed and tend animals Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed Perform general farm duties Mix and prepare soils Clean work area Clean the crops Hand harvesting vegetables
