Job Overview
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental conditions, developing customized treatment plans, and ensuring the long-term oral health of our patients. Experience in pediatric dentistry is an asset. You will work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver high-quality dental care in a supportive and well-organized setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and oral health assessments
Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and long-term preventive care
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Abeldent as a dental software system.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education

Requirements
Valid Ontario dental license (RCDSO)
DDS or DMD degree
from an accredited institution
Minimum
2 years of clinical experience
(pediatric experience preferred but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to excellence in patient care and ethical practice
Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology is an asset
