Spray Foam Assistant

to our team--no experience needed, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Position Overview

As a Spray Foam Assistant, you'll support our technicians on job sites with setup, cleanup, equipment handling, and day-to-day labour tasks. This is a

great opportunity for someone looking to get into the trades

and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing industry. We provide on-the-job training and opportunities to grow into a certified technician role.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in loading/unloading tools, materials, and spray foam equipment Help prepare job sites (masking, taping, sealing, organizing) Support the lead technician during insulation application Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with minor maintenance or troubleshooting of equipment Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times Communicate clearly with team members on site

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in general labour, construction, or trades is an asset Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working at heights, in attics, or tight spaces Mechanically inclined is a bonus Positive attitude and willingness to learn Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a crew Valid driver's license is required
