Overview

We are setting up a

small, dedicated crew

to take on roofing, siding, concrete forming, and general repair projects within a 100 km radius of our office. If you're hardworking, reliable, and want to be part of a close-knit team where your skills matter, this is a great opportunity to grow in the construction trade.

Duties

Assist with roofing, siding, concrete forming, and general construction tasks as directed Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Perform carpentry work including framing, installation of doors, windows, and cabinetry Apply caulking and sealants for weatherproofing and insulation Read and follow blueprints and instructions Lift and move heavy materials Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site Work as part of a small, close-knit crew to complete projects on time

Requirements

Experience in construction, roofing, siding, concrete, or maintenance preferred Familiarity with hand tools and power tools Basic carpentry and caulking skills Physical stamina for lifting and working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong attention to safety and reliability

Daily Transportation to and from office required

(projects are within 100 km)

Working at heights and aerial lift training preferred

(training can be provided) Valid driver's license Work boots required

Schedule & Pay

Full-time, Monday-Friday (occasional weekends or overtime as needed) Competitive hourly wage based on experience Opportunities for overtime and paid training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.36-$35.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Work Location: In person
