What you'll do

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including commercial spaces, residential and vacation homes. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness Other duties include but not limited to are: laundering linens, wiping and dusting of surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms, shining glass and mirrors, cleaning inside of appliances and polishing outside, cleaning all high touch areas and ensuring all surfaces are well maintained. Assist with custodial responsibilities by restocking supplies and managing waste disposal effectively both in commercial and vacation rental spaces. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and collaborate respectively with the owner. Uphold porter duties by ensuring the cleanliness of entryways and outdoor areas

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong focus on detail and time management.

Preferred qualifications

Prefer 1 year experience but will train the right candidate. Must be able to adhere to

time deadlines

Must have a valid drivers license, valid insurance and a

reliable

vehicle Must have a cell phone with data to ensure clocking in and out and to view the online schedule through apps. Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage Must have open availability including weekends. Must be able to lift 30 lbs and bend repeatedly
