Job Overview
As a General Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting specialized components and finished products used in high-quality mission-critical systems. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, as well as gain exposure to advanced manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and blueprints to assemble products accurately and efficiently
Use and update
MRP Manufacturing Software
to track sales orders, inventories, jobs, and deadlines
Operate hand and power tools to assemble, test, and adjust products according to specifications
Safely handle and work with hazardous materials
Inspect incoming goods and finished products to ensure compliance with
ISO quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and workplace safety
Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Sales teams to improve processes and meet production deadlines
Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment
Participate in training programs to enhance technical and leadership skills
Support annual inventory counts and tracking
Qualifications
Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing (preferred)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with
Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) software
is an asset
Additional Requirements
Full-time, on-site in Limoges, ON
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle - preferred
Must be eligible to pass enhanced background checks (PAL, Nexus, etc.)
