They are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their team in Port Moody.

What you bring to the table:

  • Operational Leadership: Proven ability to devise and execute strategies aligning with organizational goals. Proficiency in team management, coaching, and fostering a goal-driven environment. Setting and managing KPIs while sharing best practices for consistent success.
  • Organizational Management: Demonstrated track record in surpassing sales targets, influencing decision makers, and building enduring relationships. Holding direct reports accountable.
  • Technical Acumen: Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and Google Suite. Analytical skills to develop sales plans, generate reports, articulate forecasts, and interpret results.
  • Corporate Sales Training: Experience developing standard operating procedures, reviewing training processes and materials, and reviewing Real Estate Agent client\'s implementation, engagement, and performance.

  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence change.
  • Demonstrated relationship management in fast-paced environments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adaptability to new technologies
  • Proven ability to lead with minimal supervision and consistently represent company values.
  • Experience in corporate training is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience, real estate experience is beneficial.
  • 7-10 years of related experience
  • Success in establishing and maintaining effective relationships at the senior management level.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and Google Suite. Analytical skills to develop sales plans, generate reports, articulate forecasts, and interpret results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent while ensuring accountability for results.
  • Resolving escalated issues, tracking trends, and overseeing sales activity from inception to contract signing.
  • Coordinate with marketing for sales funnels, CRM lead follow ups and messaging
  • Collaborate with client services for event planning and social gatherings.
