Duties and Responsibilities:

Scaling in/out trucks with products, ensuring products are accounted for before leaving site. Assisting contractors new to property, answering questions regarding location of workers or companies Ensure all contractors coming on site have appropriate PPE and sign in/out at gatehouse Open gate for those without swipe access after signing them in/out at gatehouse Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate division Assist in administrative duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer experience in Word, Excel, and Power Point is considered an asset A mature self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision Strong sense of responsibility and be able to adapt to change Punctual/Good time management Must be able to provide a criminal background check and clean driver's abstract Must be able to successfully pass a drug and alcohol test
