Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Gas Station Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fueling needs. Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately. Sell various products available in the convenience store, including snacks, beverages, lottery, and automotive supplies. Provide product knowledge and upsell items to enhance customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station and convenience store. Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as necessary. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. Utilize technology for sales transactions and inventory management effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Good phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
