Gas Bar Manager

for their Gas Bar- C-Store located in

Barrhead, AB

.

What you'll do:

The Gas Bar Manager will report to the Director of Energy and Food (Mayerthorpe). They will always be a positive role model, providing legendary customer service in alignment with our Mission statement, Values and our "You're at Home Here" brand.



Duties include, but are not limited to the following:


Provide directions to team members and enforce employee productivity targets for the department. Celebrate successes and acknowledge a job well done. Leading, rewarding and disciplining all team members in accordance with Pembina West Co-op policies and procedures. Ensure all legislated training is completed by all employees as required. (TDG, WHIMIS ETC.) The development of annual work plans for all team members. Semi Annually Reviewing the progress of each team member; recognize their achievements and guide them through required areas of development. Assist in Providing leadership in the roll-out and implementation of new and existing programs. Identifying training needs for the Gas Bar and work with the Human Resources Department to complete an annual Team Training & Development Plan. Assist with Loss prevention. Ability to perform open and close duties as required. Evenings and Weekends with some day shifts.
