Job Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage a team of direct sales consultants across various customer segments and sales programs.
+ Develop and implement territory plans, sales targets, and performance strategies to achieve growth objectives.
+ Coach and mentor reps through hands-on training, ride-alongs, regular feedback, and performance development.Monitor team KPIs and pipeline metrics, using data to identify opportunities and course-correct where needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in direct sales or field-based roles across multiple verticals.
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering strong sales results.
Strong coaching, communication, and motivational skills with a passion for team development.
Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Familiarity with CRM systems, sales operations, and performance reporting.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to help build a growing division within a national leader.
Flexibility to travel within the region and support team members in the field as needed.
