Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Game Equipment Repair Technician to join our growing service team. This role involves traveling to client locations across Windsor/Essex, Chatham, and occasionally London to install, maintain, and repair a wide range of amusement and entertainment equipment.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. You will work both independently and in collaboration with our technical support team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Travel to client sites across Windsor/Essex, Chatham, and occasionally London for same-day service calls Install amusement and entertainment equipment using hand and power tools Perform scheduled maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure proper operation Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in collaboration with the tech support team Communicate effectively with clients and maintain a high level of professionalism Utilize mobile communication tools and apps to manage service schedules and updates

Qualifications:

Previous experience in field service, technical support, or equipment installation is preferred Basic computer skills Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Pay: $17.68-$20.00 per hour
