In 2023, Deloitte will be offering Game Plan eligible athletes an exclusive opportunity to develop their professional work experience through the Game Plan Work Experience Program.

Program Outline

The Game Plan Work Experience Program is a 12-to-16-week work experience program taking place in the Deloitte office of the athlete\'s choice. The program commences with a new hire training to introduce the athlete to Deloitte\'s culture and values. The program will conclude with a performance review discussion to provide the athlete feedback and areas of improvement for the athlete to continue to develop.

Through the program you will work with key Deloitte team members who will help you develop an understanding of the area you are operating in. Work experience programs could be in any of the following areas under our External Client Services (ECS) offerings or Deloitte Management Services (DMS).
