We are in expansion mode and are actively recruiting an experienced and motivated Managing Partner to join our growing team in Coquitlam, BC.

AvantSleep and Respiratory, one of our brands, is committed to providing patients the highest quality in sleep therapy services across Canada. We provide clinical consultation and treatment for a wide range of sleep disorders. We are dedicated to helping our patients improve their lives through better sleep.

Managing Partner Responsibilities:

• Expand brand awareness and relationships in your local community.
• Contribute to growth by liaising with medical professionals, provision of demonstrations and education on products and services to prospective clients and referral sources.
• Build and manage a team of patient care coordinators and healthcare professionals.
• Implement organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
• Manage, monitor, and review business operations, focusing on building a sustainable business.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Private healthcare management expereince is considered an asset.
• Relationships with key community decision makers.
• Excellent organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, assess situations, prioritize tasks, and set deadlines.
• Ability to self-motivate and lead your team to success.
• Asset is a licensed healthcare professional with the ability to initiate oxygen therapy, CPAP therapy and assess respiratory health on an on-going basis for clinic patients.
