PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES



Customer greeting, check-in, Assist customers with VR equipment Present safety briefings Manage in-game sessions and ensure player safety Identify, troubleshoot and record technical issues Maintenance of Virtual Reality equipment Work collaboratively with team members Opening and closing the venue

WHO YOU ARE



2+ years of customer experience in the entertainment/hospitality industry Ability to manage excited customers Comfortable in high-pressure situations, with the ability to quickly resolve potential issues while keeping customers engaged Strong oral presentation skills Engage in a friendly and enthusiastic manner with customers Enjoy working in small and large teams A passion for VR, gaming and technology Available weeknights and weekends Sales experience would be an asset
You must be reliable, punctual, and well-presented, and you must have the ability to prioritize tasks. To succeed in this role, you must be able to work in a team and be customer service-oriented.

WORKING HOURS



We currently have a part time position at our Vancouverlocation. The position is will include weeknights and weekends with up to 40 hours per week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
